Description
These are 18th-century houses and shops located at 75-77 Ballingdon Street. The buildings are two storeys high and constructed with a timber frame, plastered walls, and roofs covered in tiles and slate. They feature one, three, and one window respectively, with sash windows containing glazing bars. Small 18th and 19th-century shop fronts are present. Number 76 has double bow windows and a central doorway. The buildings are included on the heritage list because of their group value with other listed buildings on the north-west side of Ballingdon Street, the King’s Head public house, and The Transport Cafe on Bulmer Road.
