Description
This is an early 19th-century building on the north-west side of Ballingdon Street. It is constructed of painted brick with an old tile roof. The building has two storeys and three windows, featuring double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance has a six-panel door, panelled architrave, and a flat stone head supported by brackets. A small shop front with an entrance door is located on the west part of the building, alongside a cart entrance with a boarded front above. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value, forming a notable group with West House, numbers 60 to 64, The King's Head Public House, and The Transport Cafe on Bulmer Road.
