Description
This is an early 19th-century building on the north-west side of Ballingdon Street, originally comprising a house and shop. The front elevation features a double-fronted shop with flat windows and a cornice. It is two storeys high with a pebbledash finish and slate roofs. The front has a three-window range, with sash windows containing glazing bars. A cart entrance is also present. The building is listed for its group value, contributing to the character of the street alongside numbers 74 to 92, The King’s Head Public House, and The Transport Cafe on Bulmer Road. A photograph of the building is held within the National Monuments Record.
