Description
West Sampson's Hall is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 16th to 17th century, featuring a cross wing at the north-east end. The roof is tiled and half-hipped at the south-west end. The front of the building was altered in the 20th century, and there are 19th-century additions at the rear. The structure has two storeys and a four-window range on the front, which includes both casements and double-hung sashes with glazing bars. One of the upper windows extends to a gabled dormer. The doorway is adorned with pilasters and a cornice, and there is a ridge chimney stack.
