Description

Nos 3 and 5 Church Street are a probable 17th-century building, originally timber-framed and now plastered, with a slate roof. The front facing the street was altered in the late 18th or early 19th century, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. The building is three storeys high; the upper two floors project over the ground floor. The ground floor has two small, recessed bays with glazing bars, and a central doorway. The building is listed for its group value alongside the Post Office, contributing to the character of the street.
