Description

This is a timber-framed and plastered building of probable 15th and 16th century origin, located on Lavenham High Street. It features a cross wing at the south end, with exposed timber framing on the upper storey. The roof is tiled. The main block is faced in brick. The building has two storeys and a two-window range of mainly 18th-century double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. It has two 4-panel doors. The group value of the building lies in its contribution to the streetscape.
