Nos 75 to 78 on Cross Street date from the 17th or 18th century and are two storeys tall with attics and a cellar. The buildings are timber-framed and plastered, with tiled roofs and a pebble-dash front. Number 78 features the most notable characteristics, including a four-window range of original double-hung sashes with glazing bars, two attic dormers, and a door case with a segmental pediment. There is also an attached chimney shaft.
