LAVENHAM CHURCH STREET 1. 5377 (north-west side) Nos 71 to 74 (consec) TL 9149 50/527 II GV 2. A mid C19 red brick building with gault brick band and dressings. Roof tiled. Two storeys. Four window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in shallow reveals. Modern doors except No 74 which has the original 3-panel door. Two ridge chimney stacks. Included for group value. The building has the date 1855 on the raised band.
