Description

  1. SPOUT LANE 5377 Little Cornard Spout Farmhouse TL 83 NE 10/338 II

  2. A timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan with wings extending north-west and south-west. The south-west wing is probably of C16 date but it could be earlier. The nortb-west wing is of C17 date Partly 2 storeys dolt partly 1 storey and attics. The windows are mainly modern casements. Roof tiled, with a gabled dc+nzez. or each side of the south-west wing.
