Description

Wardsbrook Farmhouse is an L-shaped timber-framed house, with the north wing dating from the 16th century and featuring close-studded construction with plaster infilling. The south wing, built around 1600, is of a lower elevation and has a west front that is currently tile-hung, supported by a bressummer and brackets. The roof is tiled and has two hips. The house has casement windows, some of which include diamond-shaped panes. It stands two storeys high with an attic, featuring three windows and one dormer. Inside, there is a queen-post roof.
