SPOUT LANE 1. 5377 Little Cornard Pump Cottage TL 83 NE 10/336 II

  1. A timber-framed and plastered house with a cross wing at the south end. Probably C16 but it may be of mediaeval origin. 1 storey and attics to the main block and 2 storeys to the cross wing. Casement windows. Roof tiled, half hipped on the cross wing and with 1 gabled dormer and a central diagonally shafted chimney stack on the main block.
