Pump Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered house located on Spout Lane in Little Cornard. It is likely from the 16th century, although it may have medieval origins. The main block has one storey with attics, while the cross wing at the south end has two storeys. The cottage features casement windows and a tiled roof, which is half hipped on the cross wing. The main block includes one gabled dormer and a central chimney stack with a diagonal shaft.
