Description

Nos 73 to 77 on High Street are a group of buildings constructed around 1838 as part of a planned block. They are made of Suffolk brick and consist of two storeys with slate roofs. The buildings feature double hung sash windows with glazing bars, and the ground floors are occupied by shops. Nos 71 and 73 are notable for their curved corner design. Although Nos 73 and 75 have been rebuilt in a matching style, they now have modern ground floor shop fronts. This group of buildings is associated with other listed structures in Queen Street, as well as No 65 and Nos 79 to 107 on High Street.
