Description

This is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building with a cross wing located on the south side of Bolton Street, Lavenham. The cross wing was largely rebuilt in the 19th century using red brick. The roof is tiled. The main block of the building is one storey with attics, while the cross wing is two storeys with attics. The windows include small casements and 19th-century double-hung sashes. There are two gabled dormers on the front elevation.
