Description

Wash Cottage is a 17th century timber-frame cottage that has been encased in red brick during the 19th century. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys tall. The cottage has two windows with 19th century casements and a central door that is sheltered by a modern porch. Recently, the cottage has been extended in red brick on the south end. There is also a diamond mullion window on the west side.
