Description

Pine Tree Cottage is likely a 17th-century timber-framed building that was later encased in red brick during the mid-to-late 19th century. It has a pantile roof with gabled ends. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows. The windows are 19th-century casements. A central gabled porch, also from the 19th century, features shaped barge boards. A central brick chimney stack is present. The east end of the cottage is plastered. Inside, the original timber-framing is exposed. A lean-to extension is located at the rear (north).
