Description

Smithy Cottage and Priory Cottage are a 17th-century timber-frame house that was later encased in red brick during the 20th century. The house has a steep, modern tiled roof with gabled ends. It is two stories high and has a four-window front. The windows are 20th-century sashes, and there is a glazed front door. A brick chimney stack is located off-center and at the west end of the building. A single-story plastered wing with a steep pantile roof extends from the west end.
