Watering Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed house that has been rendered, with brick-faced end walls. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre rendered brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, which include two, three, and four-light casements. There are also two modern gabled porches on the property.
