Description

Maryvale is a timber-frame cottage, likely built in the early 18th century. It features roughcast walls with brick-faced end walls and has a steep pantile roof with gabled ends. The cottage is one storey high with an attic. On the ground floor, there are two modern casement windows and a central modern glazed door. Additionally, there is one wedge-shaped dormer. The building has two brick stacks, one external and the other internal, and there is a later brick lean-to on the north end.
