Description

This is a small early 13th century timber-frame cottage that has been plastered. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and a central brick chimney stack. The cottage has one storey and an attic, with two early 19th century three-light casement windows and a central boarded door. On the left side, there is a gabled dormer with shaped bargeboards and a finial, which also contains a 19th century three-light casement window. At the west end, there is a narrow gabled cross wing built in the mid-19th century, made of painted brick and two storeys high, with shaped bargeboards, a three-light casement window, and a boarded door.
