Description

Nos 82 and 84 on High Road are 17th century timber-frame cottages that are plastered and partly faced in painted brick and flint. They have thatched roofs with gabled ends. No 84 is positioned at right angles to the road and has one storey and an attic, featuring two modern casement windows and a French window, along with one gabled dormer. It also has a rebuilt external brick chimney stack at the end. No 82 is the wing at the rear of No 84 and faces the road; it has one modern casement window, a dormer, a boarded door, and an internal brick stack, with part of its façade faced in flint.
