Description

Number 22 on St Nicholas Street is a coffee tavern built in the 18th century. It is a two-storey building with five windows and has a plastered, painted exterior. The roof is covered with pantiles and features a tall central chimney. The upper windows have thick bars, and the eaves cornice is supported by triple brackets. There is a plinth at the base of the building. The central entrance has been altered and includes a dentil pediment. This property is part of a group with Nos 17 to 23A.
