Description

No. 9 St Nicholas Street is a late 16th-century building that stands two stories high with an attic. The roof is tiled and features three leaded gabled casement dormers. The exterior is finished in plaster, with brick toothed eaves and a narrow band at the first floor. There is a seated brick porch with moulded jambs and a depressed arch. The building has three 3-light mullion transom casements on both the ground and first floors, with an additional window located above the vehicle-way on the right side.
