Description
Brooke Lodge is a house built around 1835, constructed of diapered brick with a slate roof and an irregular plan. The facade features four bays and stands two storeys high. It has mullioned windows with three lights and horizontal glazing bars, each with hood moulds. The second bay includes a two-storey porch topped with pinnacles and an archway with a four-centred design. Above the archway, there is a band of terracotta quatrefoils. The first floor has a window, and the parapet features a quatrefoil band. Gables are incorporated into the parapet above the windows in bays one, three, and four, each enclosing a terracotta panel of quatrefoils. The walling is slightly set back between the windows. To the right, there is a lower two-storey, two-bay range.
