Description

This 18th century timber-frame barn and stables are located immediately north of Say's Farmhouse on Wortwell Low Street. The barn is weatherboarded and features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends. At the center of the north side, there is a gabled porch, with a later lean-to attached to one side. The adjoining stable to the south-west creates an L-shaped plan and is also timber-framed, with a brick-faced wall facing the road and a steep gable-ended pantile roof.
