Description

This is a 17th-century timber-frame house located on the south-east side of Low Street in Wortwell. The house has been plastered and has a brick-faced end wall. The roof is thatched, with gabled ends, and a brick chimney stack is positioned off-centre. The thatch is swept over the first-floor windows. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window front. It features modern two-light casement windows and a modern ground-floor bay window. A modern lean-to has been added to the left-hand side.
