Description
Seething Hall is a house dating from the late 18th century, with an earlier wing at the rear that was also remodeled in the late 18th century. The building is constructed of colour-washed brick and features a glazed black pantile roof with an irregular plan. The south facade consists of three bays and is two storeys high. It has sash windows with glazing bars set under segmental arches on the ground floor, along with a platband. The first floor has two sash windows with glazing bars that intersect to form pointed arches, while the third bay is blind; all three openings are rusticated and have pointed arches. The roof is hipped. At the rear, there is a lower two-storey range with random fenestration, including two leaded casements under a segmental arch, and a doorcase with fluted pilasters and a plain cornice, leading to a six-panel door. To the right is another casement, and on the first floor, there are two Gothick sashes with a small light to the right. There is a further range with a hipped roof to the north.
