Description
Nos 13 and 15 on Mere Street are 18th century or early 19th century buildings. No 13 and No 14 are three stories tall with four windows, featuring plaster exteriors and flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. They have a mutular eaves cornice and a low pitch roof. The shop fronts include five fluted Greek Doric columns, with No 13 having glazing bars. No 15 is also three stories high but has two windows, and its upper floors are part of the same design as Nos 13 and 14, with plaster, flush frame sash windows with glazing bars and a mutular eaves cornice. The ground floor of No 15 has a small door on the left and modern glazing in a fixed window on the right, with a shop front that includes a wooden case with sunk panelled pilasters.
