Description

Franwin, located at 19 Chapel Street, is an early 19th-century building. It is two stories tall and features two windows, constructed of red brick that is rendered and lined. The building has flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. The door consists of six fielded panels and is set within a wooden case that has reeded pilasters and roundels. The roof has a very low pitch and is covered with pantiles. Franwin, along with Nos 35 to 38, forms a group.
