Description
Gelham Lodge is a house that dates from the early 17th century and around 1700. The earlier section is rendered timber-frame, while the later part is constructed of brick. It features black pantiled roofs and stands two storeys high with an attic, comprising four bays of 20th-century mullion and transom windows with leaded lights. The ground floor openings have skewback arches. There is an off-centre two-storey porch with a curved gable, a moulded brick plat-band, and moulded brick gable corbels. The building has a single axial stack and has had later extensions added to the rear and side.
