Description

Manor Farmhouse is an 18th-century brick house located on Norwich Road in Woodton. It is rectangular in plan, with an outshut at the rear. The front facade has five bays and two storeys, though it is largely obscured by ivy. The left-hand bay features an early 19th-century sash window with a segmental arch. A six-panel door is set within a timber porch. Other windows include a 19th-century three-light casement, two 20th-century casements, also under segmental arches; on the upper floor, an early 19th-century sash window forms a half dormer, with four further casements. A recessed panel with a raised centre is visible between the windows of the fifth bay. Kneelers are visible at the parapet gable. There is an off-centre axial stack and a right-hand gable end stack. A platband runs along the right-hand gable wall. The left-hand gable wall is rendered.
