Description

Pond Farmhouse is an early 18th-century building that has been altered in the 20th century. Originally two houses, it is now one. The structure is made of flint with brick dressings and has a roof covered with black glazed pantiles. It stands two storeys tall and features three irregular bays. There is a 20th-century porch located to the left of the centre. The windows on the ground floor are 19th and 20th-century casements set in reduced brick openings, while the first-floor windows remain in their original openings. The roof is gabled, with a ridge stack positioned to the right of the centre.
