Description

The Grange is a house dating from the late 18th century and later. It is constructed of brick and features black pantiled roofs. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has three bays of sash windows with glazing bars, including a tripartite arrangement on the ground floor. The windows are topped with skewback arches. The central entrance has a raised and fielded panelled door set within an arched doorcase, which is adorned with a semicircular traceried fan-light. A modillion cornice adds to the architectural detail. There are later extensions to the sides and rear of the house.
