Description

Laurel Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-frame house that is faced in brick. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and three widely spaced windows, which are 18th or 19th century casements. There are two modern doors, one located in front of the chimney stack. A later external brick stack is present on the north end of the house. Additionally, there is a 19th century single storey wing on the north-west side, creating an L-shaped plan.
