Office. Early/mid C19 probably with earlier origin. Painted brick. Low pitched pantile roof with coped gable ends. Small paired eaves brackets. Two storeys. Two widely spaced windows, sashes with vertical glazing bars only, and drip moulds. Ground floor centre and right projects slightly with cornice and three-light sash and C20 pilastered doorcase with cornice and C20 fielded panel door. Moulded panel on first floor centre.
