Description
The Old Rectory is a former rectory for Brandon Parva, built in 1854. It is constructed of gault brick and has slate roofs. The building has a square plan with a later red brick extension to the north and stands two storeys high. The south facade features five bays of sash windows with glazing bars, complemented by moulded pediments and architraves above the taller ground floor windows. There are corner pilasters and a plat-band. The east facade consists of three bays, with a central front door that includes a re-used late 18th century three-centred fan-light and a modern doorcase in a Classical style. The roofs are very shallow and hipped.
