Description

Hall Farmhouse is a 17th-century lobby-entrance type farmhouse that was re-faced in the 19th century. It features a timber frame that is visible with brick infill on the east gable-end, while the facade has been re-faced with brick. The roof is covered with pantiles. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays with 19th-century three-light casement windows that have horizontal glazing bars and hood-moulds above the ground floor windows. The front door is located opposite an off-centre axial stack, which has four chamfered shafts in line. The east gable-end displays a brick plinth, wall-plates, studding, and four tension braces.
