Description

Ashmere is a timber-framed house from the 17th century or earlier, which has been plastered. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys tall with an attic, which has windows in the end gables. The first floor has four small casement windows located under the eaves, while the ground floor has two casements. There are rebuilt or modern brick stacks at each end of the house. Additionally, there is a modern lean-to addition on the south end that includes a doorway.
