Description

No. 213 on King Street is a building that was originally a pair of houses, now serving as a house and office. It dates from 1847, as indicated by a plaque. The structure is built of flint with brick dressings and features a pantile roof. It has two storeys and two bays. There are doors located at the extreme left and in the right-hand side wall. The building includes sash windows with glazing bars, rusticated quoins, and window surrounds. Additionally, there is a brick cill-course, a fascia cornice, and a hipped roof.
