Description

The building located at the rear of number 24 on Magdalen Street is a former bombazine manufactory, now used as a store and workshop. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The structure stands three storeys tall and features four windows on the first floor. There is a plain central door with a stable door to the left. The windows are designed with mullions and transoms, and they have segmental relieving arches above them. Additionally, there is a continuous frieze window at the second floor on both sides, although the left side is boarded on the yard side.
