Description

No. 8, Chapelfield North is a house dating from the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a slate roof. The house has three storeys and a single bay. A door is located on the left-hand side, featuring a semi-circular fanlight and a rubbed brick arch. Sash windows with glazing bars are present throughout, each with a rubbed brick flat arch. A simple box cornice runs along the top of the building, and the roof is hipped. The group value context is that the property contributes to the character of Chapelfield North.
