Description

No. 9 Chapelfield North is a 19th-century house built of red brick with a slate roof. It has three storeys and two bays. The entrance is on the right side, featuring a door with a rectangular fanlight and three steps leading up to it. The ground and second floors have sash windows, while the first floor has French windows that open onto small balconies supported by brackets. All window openings are framed by projecting quadrant moulded brick jambs and have rubbed brick flat arches above. There are decorative brick bands at the cill levels and a brick cornice along the top. The roof is hipped.
