Description
Nos. 20 and 21 Victoria Street are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of red brick with a rendered plinth and feature a pantile roof with a central part-rendered brick ridge chimney. The buildings are two storeys tall and each has four first-floor windows. The entrances, which are located to the right and left, consist of 6-panelled doors (two of which are glazed) that are framed by simple doorcases with pilasters. No. 21 has panelled reveals around its door. The windows are primarily 16-pane sashes set beneath flat gauged brick arches. Additionally, No. 21 has a box cornice, and both gables have low parapets. The side wall of No. 21 is rendered above a 20th-century lean-to brick-fronted garage.
