Description

The Fruiterer's Arms is a public house located on White Lion Street, originally built in the 17th century and heightened in the 18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. The building is rendered and features a pantile roof. It stands three storeys tall, with the right side having two storeys plus an attic. The first floor is jettied and there are six windows on this level. The pub front, which is from the 20th century, has an off-centre door, casement windows, and a long fascia. The upper floors contain sash windows with glazing bars and simply moulded surrounds, along with one casement window. There is a fascia cornice and a blind dormer gable on the right side.
