Description
Festival House Annexe is a former building of unknown use, now functioning as a public house. It dates from the 17th century and has been refaced with 20th-century alterations. The exterior is rendered and features a pseudo timber framing design. The building has two storeys and a jetty at the first floor, with three bays. The public house front includes doors on the left and right sides, along with paired pilasters that have consoles beneath the jetty. There is a fascia with consoles at the intervals of the pilasters. The first floor has three- and four-light casement windows, and the building is topped with a parapet. It also features three gable dormers, each with casement windows and bargeboards. The interior extends into Nos 39 and 41 St. Andrew's Street.
