Description
Keepers Cottage is an 18th-century cottage with later additions. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond with black headers and has a pantiled roof. The building has a rectangular shape with an outshut at the rear and stands two storeys tall with random window placement. There is a brick plinth, and on the ground floor, you will find four leaded cross casements set under segmental arches. A central 20th-century wooden porch leads to a six-panel door, with the top four panels being glazed. The first floor features three leaded casements. The eaves were raised in the 19th century, and the previous gables are still visible with kneelers. There are two gable end stacks, with the one on the left side being external.
