Description
Banningham Hall Farm Cottages is a house that has been converted into a pair of cottages, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick and flint and has a pantile roof. The building is rectangular in shape and stands two storeys tall with a mix of window placements. The windows are 19th-century casements, and there are two plank doors. The ground floor openings feature segmental arches, while the upper windows have soldier arches. The left side of the building has flint walling, while the right side is made of brick. There are gable end stacks, with the right-hand stack being external. The left gable has a shaped design with a moulded brick platband. The building also has black and white markings on the tie irons.
