Description
Mill Leet is a house dating from around 1700, constructed of brick with some coloured headers and covered with pantiles. It features a shaped gable facing the road and consists of two cells arranged in two bays, with a double depth across two storeys and an attic. The house has a central axial stack at the front.
Architectural details include platbands at the eaves level and below the gable head. On the ground floor, there is a 16-pane flush sash window with glazing bars under a segmental head to the left, and a door with four fielded panels to the right. The first floor has two flush sash windows with glazing bars under segmental heads, and there is a flush sash window with glazing bars that is five panes wide and four panes high in the attic. The right side of the house is windowless and constructed of coursed flint.
At the rear, there is a gable parapet and flush sash windows with four panes by four panes, with glazing bars; the ground floor window has been renewed, and there are two windows on the first floor. The attic features a double casement window with glazing bars. Inside, there is a central stack and a staircase located behind the stack to the west, along with a butt purlin roof made of pine.
