Description
Nos 61 and 63 on Staithe Street are a pair of 18th-century, two-storey brick buildings with a painted finish and a toothed eaves band. They feature a pantile roof and have two near-flush-frame sash windows on the first floor, which include glazing bars. The shop front of No 61 has a wooden design with a three-light window and an entrance that includes a divided fanlight. No 63 has a near-flush-frame sash window on the ground floor, also with glazing bars, and an entrance framed by a wooden case with elongated fluted pilasters. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 27 to 73 (odd).
