Description
Nos 87 and 89 on High Street are early 18th-century buildings positioned at right angles to the road. They are constructed of flint with brick dressings and feature a pebble-dash front facing the road. The steep pantile roof has coped gable ends and brick dentil eaves. The buildings are two storeys high and have five windows that are irregularly spaced. Most of the windows are sashes with glazing bars, along with some 2-light casements and horizontal pivot windows, also with glazing bars. The modern glazed doors are complemented by brick chimney stacks, with one located off centre and one at each end. The end of the building facing the road has two sash windows, with only the first floor featuring glazing bars.
