No. 52 High Street is a 17th or 18th century building made of rendered brick, located next to the rear of No. 54. It features a gable-ended pantile roof and brick dentil eaves, standing two storeys tall. The building has two sash windows with glazing bars, while the right-hand first floor has a modern metal-frame casement. There is also a modern boarded gabled porch at the entrance. Inside, the property boasts ovolo moulded ceiling beams.
